Erik Jones leads the 1st NASCAR Xfinity Series Practice at Daytona

NASCAR Xfinity Series practice took place Thursday afternoon at Daytona International Speedway. Cars were on track for roughly 30 minutes, before the red flag came out for rain. The practice session ended early for rain.  Erik Jones lead the way, with teammate Daniel Suarez in 2nd, Ty Dillon 3rd, Austin Dillon 4th, Justin Marks placed 5th, Brennan Poole was 6th fastest, Darrell Wallace Jr 7th, Joey Logano 8th, Justin Allgaier in 9th, and Aric Almirola rounded out the top 10 positions. Final practice takes place later today at 4pm ET.
